1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moodarc. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

2. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (managed via Google Sign-In) and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Moodarc is a community built on authentic and respectful expression. To ensure a safe environment, we maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content.

By using Moodarc, you agree not to post, share, or transmit any Moments, Moods, Chats, Nudges, or other content that contains:

• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or harassment.
• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography.
• Violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
• Spam or fraudulent material.

To enforce this policy, Moodarc provides the following safety features:

• Block Users: You have the ability to block any other user within the App, preventing them from viewing your profile or interacting with you.
• Report Content and Users: You can flag and report inappropriate Moments, Chats, or profiles directly within the App.
• Developer Action: We actively monitor reports. Upon receiving a report of objectionable content, we will review the claim and act within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting (permanently banning) the user who provided the abusive content.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post on Moodarc. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your Archs/followers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Moodarc is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
